AAP Independent MP Geoff Shaw says he will back any motion of no confidence in the Victorian government.Victorian Premier Denis Napthine says he won't be held to ransom by balance-of-power MP Geoff Shaw.
Dr Napthine said he refused to agree to demands made by the independent MP who said he would bring down the coalition state government if Labor moves a motion of no confidence against it.
"We will continue to govern in the best interest of all Victorians," the premier said on Tuesday night.
"I, as premier, will not be held to ransom by some rogue MP from Frankston."
