AAP A man is in critical condition in hospital after being struck by a car in Cairns.A 44-year-old man is critically injured after being hit by a car in Cairns.
The man was struck while walking in the suburb of Manoora, about 6pm on Friday (AEST).
Police have asked anyone who saw the crash to contact them.
