The Camp Street premises were robbed early on Saturday morning, with patrons and staff assaulted, police said.
Police searched the Finks clubhouse and two residential addresses early on Monday, and arrested two men.
The men, who are believed to be members of the gang, are being interviewed, but charges are yet to be laid.
