Police say a surfer has been bitten by a shark at Parsons Beach, south of Adelaide.
They say the man turned up at the South Coast Hospital at Victor Harbor this morning for treatment.
Police say the surfer apparently was attacked about 9:45am ACST about 80 metres from the shore at Parsons Beach.
Other surfers helped the man from the water and took him to the hospital.
Police say the victim has a small bite and thinks the shark was about 1.5 metres long.
