More than 80,000 people are off and running in Sydney's city to surf charity fun run.
The 14-kilometre course takes them from the city centre to Bondi Beach - by way of the infamous "heartbreak hill".
Four-time Olympian Craig Mottram is running his first City2Surf this year, alongside marathon fanatics, funsters in fancy dress, pensioners and mums with prams.
Now in its 44th year, the annual event has already raised over $4 million for charity.
Roads between Sydney's CBD and the eastern suburbs are closed, with drivers warned of traffic delays.
